    Marcus, Nick, Nicola and Angela collectively the team has spent over 50 years working for companies ranging from medium-sized, to top 5 multi-national food and drink companies including Unilever Bestfoods, Tetley Tea, Burton Biscuits, English Provender Company, and British Sugar.

    Marcus Kilvington - Director. Marcus spent 17 years working for a variety of companies. A trainer, having worked at Unilever for 5 years, Marcus also held roles within Tetley Tea and Burton Foods in senior management positions.

    Nick Eastwood - Director. Nick spent 20 years working for a variety of food companies. Predominantly involved in the training and development side of the business, Nick has several years experience in food industry training with Unilever.

    Angela Mitton - Expert Food Consultant & Trainer. Founder of product development consultancy, Beetroot & Orange. She is a qualified chef and food technologist, accredited trainer through the CIEH and RSPH for Food Hygiene, Nutrition and HACCP based courses. Angela writes a regular columnist for food trade press and judge for the Own Label Excellence Awards and the Great Taste Awards.

    Nicola Holly - Customer Services Manager. Nicola has recently joined the company and brings a wealth of business experience in Management, Finance, Administration, Sales and Support roles. Nicola was a founding partner and played a key role in developing a small family business into a multi-million pound turnover company.
